If you serve millennials, texting, chats, text marketing and social media are ideal.
If you desire high-end and corporate clients, get over, "I'm not a phone person." High-end clients and Fortune 500 companies aren't spending several thousands and millions without dialogue, clarity and alignment. You can charge for your consults, proof of concepts and/or discovery sessions. Also, they can be prescheduled. Avoiding the personalable approach is leaving 💰💰💰 on the table.
