Four years ago, we, and now the Polish women's team, warmed up the emotions of the fans.
It was a really great performance by the changed team, which will probably bring us so much joy more than once again.
Congratulations to the whole team and coach Dziuby, but also for each of the ladies separately.
Two medals - a gold medal by Oliwii Kiołbasy and a silver one by Marii Malickiej - are a demonstration of their talent and a harbinger that the years to come in Polish women's chess are going to be great.
In the open tournament, unfortunately, my indisposition caused a difficult situation in the team, which, however, did not give up and ended the competition in the top ten, and Mateusz Bartel won gold on his chessboard.
We couldn't reveal my situation so as not to make it easier for the opponents to prepare, but unfortunately it is true.
In the combined category, we finished the competition on the 6th position.
Congratulations to the winners from #Ukraine and #Uzbekistan.
The first of these teams is a demonstration of great determination and strength of spirit, and the second is probably another growing power of chess.
