In response to the increasing HIV/AIDS cases in West Java, Vice Governor Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, suggested polygamy and early marriage to eradicate it. Uu believes that the 11% of housewives who contracted the virus are a result of their husband's sexual intercourse with sex workers, so rather than committing adultery, it would be better to be in a polygamy relationship. Furthermore, Uu expressed that teens should just get married if they want to satisfy their sexual needs. What do you think?
