Earlier this year I spent an unforgettable night on this remote beach called Anse Cocos on La Digue island in Seychelles. I walked to the end of the beach to capture this panorama of the Southern Milky Way Arch over the granite rocks so typical for this island. Suddenly the clouds rolled in, and it started to rain. It was a true adventure with a tropical thunderstorm and hundreds of crabs emerging from the sand. I didn’t get much sleep that night! It was eerie but beautiful at the same time.
