Just because we do a teasy light doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed to blend... sometimes we just create a “softer hard line”!!!! Here is a way that I make sure that I don’t have any harsh lines when I am doing teasy lights... especially when I’m working on a horizontal line like I am right here.
