We're excited to show you our latest #website launch!
Union: The Musical is not just a musical. It's a production that heals communities through engagement and conversation. It's a story about the sanitation workers who went on strike here in Memphis in 1968, highlighting the parallels between then and now. It's a production that tells a #Memphis story using MEMPHIS actors, singers and dancers. And it's coming to a city near you.
We had a ball creating the website for Union. Everything you see here is super intentional...all the way from the colors and the storytelling to the font we chose, which was created by @vocaltype.co, African-American owned font foundry that makes fonts inspired by “a piece of history from a specific underrepresented race, ethnicity, or gender—from the Women’s Suffrage Movement in Argentina to the Civil Rights Movement in America.” Check it out! www.unionthemusical.com
