Reflecting on what sparked the most joy in my childhood: singing on top of my voice without judgement, dressing up in my mom's 70ies big patterened dresses, playgrounds and parks and forests, immersed in play and only the present moment mattered . It reminds me to go back to these feelings and experiences and be every day more myself, let myself be seen and heard just the way I am .
