The best thing I do for my children is reparenting my inner child.
Do my best to actively disrupt and choose the stories I pass along to them.
A week ago, I started a new morning routine, and I can genuinely say I’m more present. It’s just 10 minutes. Now my littles put shoes and jackets on and come join me in the garden most days.
Whatever you do to support slowing down and reconnecting the mind and the body, I’m here for it. Also, it is hard some days.
To my two kids, who I grew in my womb. My babies came with a journey of traumatic births, 4th-degree tears, miscarriages and surgeries, and infusions. 4+ years of nursing combined. Thank you.

It can be a hard day; it can be a beautiful day. Luckily just like every other spring day, it’s still a great day to plant flowers because the bees need more wildflowers.
